Erin K. Fox is an Associate Attorney concentrating her practice in the areas of domestic relations, family law, and juvenile law. Erin joined the Benavidez Law Group as a Law Clerk in May 2006 at the end of her first year of law school. Erin’s work at the firm has exclusively focused in the areas of family law and domestic relations.
While in law school, Erin participated in the Child Advocacy Clinic for a year and a half representing minor involved in dependency proceedings. Additionally, Erin participated in the Volunteer Lawyer Program’s Child Support Clinic as a volunteer during her first year of law school, and as a Student Coordinator of the program for the remainder of her law school career. Erin served as a member of the James E. Rogers College of Law Community Service Board and participated in the Trial Advocacy Program.
Erin is a Tucson native and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 with a B.A. in English and a B.A. in history. When she is away from the office, Erin enjoys needlepoint, volunteering at Casa de los Ninos, hiking, travel, and watching Fighting Irish football.
